2. Include a variety of exercises and routines

It is quite easy to get tired of following the same exercise or work out routine over and over again. 3. Track your progress by working out with a partner with similar goals

You can overcome the risks of becoming a fitness failure if you are doing your work out with a companion. You can work together in achieving your personal goals. Keep track of each other’s progress and you will find yourself even more motivated. At the same time, you are also doing the same favour to your exercise companion. Working out and engaging in various fitness activities becomes more fun when done with somebody who has the same goals.

4. Devise a Plan B

If there are certain days within a week that you are unable to exercise due to a busy schedule, perform brief but intense work outs on these days. Devise your own exercise routine that makes use of large muscle groups for these busy days. This will enable you to have a quality fitness routine in just a few minutes. One can always squeeze in a few minutes for work out even on busy days.
