			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>More than simply losing weight, one of the most essential things that people must aim for is to achieve a healthy and fit body. A healthy body allows you to perform well in school, deliver the best in your job, and have a great social time with friends. It also offers you opportunities to enjoy the things you love the most, such as sports and recreation. However, with a weak body and failing health, you will not be able to get the most of what you have. When you’re healthy you are also able to improve on your moods. Being healthy also means emotional and mental health, more than just simple physical fitness. </p>
<p>If you want to have better health, you must be willing to change something about your lifestyle- this means your eating habits and range of physical activities. By exercising regularly and eating well, you can achieve a healthier and fitter body. Although people have been saying this for ages, the truth is that not everyone gets to do this. Of course, healthy foods like fruits and veggies are known to be excellent for good health, but for some reason, many people still prefer junk food. As much as exercising is a must, many people still find it difficult to get active everyday. If you plan on adopting a healthier daily regimen by starting to exercise however, aerobic exercise will be the better choice for you.<br />

Beyond giving you a more slender and fit appearance, doing aerobic exercises regularly will also provide a stronger heart and more powerful lungs. You will also have stronger muscles and you will discover how you can flex and bend your body like never before. However, aerobic exercise is more recognized to help achieve a healthier body. Some people believe that aerobic exercises are meant merely for warm-ups and not for full workouts. These individuals however, don’t realize the benefits that aerobic exercises can give them. While weight lifting is excellent for muscle build-up, aerobics can help you achieve more. </p>
<p>When you perform regular exercises, you are essentially strengthening your endurance levels. This provides you with better toned muscles and improved flexibility. All these cannot be achieved merely by doing weight lifting routines. If you decide to lift weights, you need to do this alongside aerobic exercises. If you don’t have the required flexibility, you could be prone to serious injuries or other endurance problems. Once you already made out an aerobics routine, you can then start lifting weights. Getting the services of a professional trainer can also help big-time.</p>
<p>If you don’t go with a trainer, you can find for yourself a reliable partner in working out. This is excellent in maintaining motivation throughout the everyday routines. While trainer’s fees can be expensive, you can choose to obtain an aerobic online course instead. Once you have already found the routine you are most comfortable in, you can expect to feel healthier, have a more toned appearance and feel better over-all within the targeted time. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This will tie in nicely with my New Year's Resolutions.  Basically it's designed to improve eating habits and encourage water consumption, getting adequate sleep and adding/subtracting a positive or negative habit.  It seems like there is a lot of math involved fortunately I have some extremely intelligent people on my team.  I have two residual vices from my younger days, I consume a great deal of soda pop and use nicotine products, for almost 20 years these two have been hand in hand so I'm trying for a double elimination.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.joustfitness.com/index.html" target="_blank">Joust</a> game officially started on Monday Jan. 11th, however I got a head start and stopped consuming soda pop and chewing tobacco on Saturday the 9th.  My feeling has always been with as much exercise as I di if I could just eliminate the soda pop I would lose a great deal of the excess weight.  For me these two habits are so intertwined have a soda grab a dip and vice versa, quitting one or the other has never been successful.  There have been times I've stopped both for a several days and was so overcome with joy I would celebrate with a can of chew and a big soda--what a reward.</p>
<p>Approaching the end of day 2 of the game and day 4 of being free from chew and soda--so far so good, I even experienced a stressful situation that would trigger my desire to imbibe and was able to stave it off.  As they say, one day at a time.</p>
